You have likely heard of the 40 Hour Teacher Workweek Club, created by respected author Angela Watson. Each year I am excited to collaborate with Angela as she launches her next cohort, because I see first hand the impact that it has made for so many teachers around the world. The 40 Hour Teacher Workweek Club has already helped more than 42,000 teachers and the next cohort is beginning this summer.​

What is the 40 Hour Teacher Workweek Club?

The 40 Hour Teacher Workweek Club is an online professional development program that has already helped more than 42,000 teachers take control of their time and stay focused on what matters most. The next cohort is starting this summer, and includes new and improved changes so that you will be supported regardless of what your school plan looks like for next year.

The average teacher joining the program works 62 hours per week. After joining the club, the average teacher reports a typical workweek of 51 hours.

That’s a savings of 11 hours weekly and over 500 hours per school year!

The 40 Hour Teacher Workweek Club is designed to help teachers who can relate to at least one of the following.

• I worry that the changes this fall are going to create even more work.
• I love teaching, but it consumes every spare minute.
• I work on school stuff constantly and yet I’m never done.
• No matter how much I accomplish, I still feel like it’s not enough.
